By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our installation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please contact us before proceeding with an order.
We supply and install curtains, blinds, flooring, wallpaper, PVC wall panels, TV wall units and decor accessories for residential and commercial clients across Dubai and the UAE, from our base in Ajman.
Because our products are made or cut to size, an accurate quote requires an on-site measurement. Quotations provided after a site visit are valid for [confirm: number of days, e.g. 14 or 30 days] from the date issued. All prices are quoted in AED and [confirm: are inclusive / are exclusive] of the applicable 5% UAE VAT. We reserve the right to adjust a quotation if the scope of work changes after the site visit.

Curtains, blinds and other made-to-measure products are cut and manufactured specifically to your window or room measurements. In line with standard practice for made-to-order goods, once production or fabric cutting has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, except where the product is faulty or not as described. Non-custom, stock decor items (such as artificial plants, planters, clocks, tables and mirrors) may be returned within [confirm: e.g. 7 days] of delivery in original, unused condition, in line with the UAE's Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020). Please contact us before returning any item.
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates confirmed at the time of order and depend on the scope of work, product availability, and site access. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to clear the work area in advance of the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to building access restrictions, supply delays, or incomplete site preparation.

You're responsible for providing accurate information at the time of quotation (including confirming the property is ready for measurement and later installation), and for informing us of any site conditions — such as unusual wall, window or subfloor issues — that may affect the work.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your walls, windows, ceilings or subfloor that are discovered during measurement or installation, though we will inform you of any such issues before proceeding. Except where UAE law does not permit such a limitation, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government action, or supply chain disruption.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant Emirate.
